• Fees are due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement
• All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service agreement
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the services

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by TapMont Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Client Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed work products will be assigned to the client as specified in the service agreement, subject to TapMont Technologies' retention of rights to general methodologies, frameworks, and reusable components.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your confidential information and personal data. Both parties agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Use confidential information solely for the purpose of providing services
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect data
• Comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and continuous service availability. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. 10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TapMont Technologies in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TapMont Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred up to the date of termination.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, governed by Indian law.
